Hello!

Being in culinary school, I create a lot of dishes, and I will be happy to share them with you!
For the first, Simple Pudding recipe. Warning!! It is a recipe you have to baby and keep watch over.
I wouldn't suggest doing it unless you have the time.

2 tablespoons of cornstarch
1/4 cup of sugar
2 cups of milk
1 teaspoon of vanilla

In a medium sauce pan, combine the sugar and cornstarch. Mix until blended. Add the milk and stir. Turn on the burner (medium to low) and continue stirring, allow it to rest to a minute or so every now and then also just so the cornstarch will set, but keep stirring! The whole process takes about 10 minutes, sometimes a little longer.

After it gets think, to a pudding like consistency, add the vanilla and stir it in.

You could make it a chocolate pudding by adding melted chocolate. I'd add a reasonable amount, but you could add more if you like chocolate.

You can eat this warm or cold, it doesn't matter :D

Store it in a container in the refrigerator.

Its a lot better than canned or pre-packaged pudding, where you don't know how long it's been in the container.

Mmm, home-made pudding. Never had it. I may just try it. Does it matter which % fat milk we use?

I don't think it matters what kind of milk you use. I used whole to be safe, but I'm sure you could use other percents.
