Ingredients:

2 bananas, mashed
1/2 cup honey
1 egg
8 oz. applesauce, unsweetened
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 of 15 oz. canned pumpkin
1 1/2 cups flour
1/4 cup flax seed
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1-2 scoops protein powder
4 cups oatmeal
1 cup raisins
1 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 2 cookie sheets with nonstick spray. In large mixing bowl, stir together bananas, honey, egg, applesauce, vanilla, cinnamon and pumpkin. Once mixed well, add flour, flax seed, baking soda, salt and protein powder. Stir to combine. Then add oatmeal, raisins and chocolate chips. To make cookies, use a small scoop and drop mixture on the sheets, fairly close together. Bake 12 minutes. Makes about 40 cookies.

Never can tell what a "tsp" measure is...
teaspoon? as opposed to Tablespoon.

in the States, we use a small "t" for teaspoon, and a large "T" for tablespoon.

does that make any sense at all?

lol

Yes.. But there are teaspoons that are really small and there are teaspoons that are near to the size of normal spoons and hundreds of sizes in between.. I don't know if there is an agreed upon official measurement as in mass.. or weight of a teaspoon measure..

Thanks for posting this recipe. I've recently been adding flax to my diet and trying to figure out ways to incorporate it in my meals. These cookies sound tasty :)

==========================================

the ways to use 'flax' in many forms is limitless, we usually buy the flour and add it to just about everything
for the great 'fiber' and 'nutrients', we buy the 'organic' at the discount stores...
you can add it to all dishes and all of your 'power drinks'...

Ounces to teaspoons conversion table shows the most common values for
the quick reference. To find out how many teaspoons in ounces, multiply
by the right factor (listed below) or use the converter below if converting
between US fluid oz and tsp.

1 Ounce [Fluid, US] = 6 Teaspoons [US]

1 Ounce [Fluid, UK] = 4.8 Teaspoons [UK]

Fluid ounce is an imperial and U.S. customary volume unit.
Fluid ounces are volume units and should not be mistaken with
ounces which is mass (weight) unit. The abbreviation is "fl oz".

Teaspoon is a commonly used volume unit in cooking recipes
and prescriptions. 1 US teaspoon is about 5 milliliters and 1/6
of fluid ounces. The abbreviations are "tsp", "ts", t", "tspn".

The abbreviations are always in small letters since when in used in
capital letters, usually mistaken with larger volume unit, tablespoon.

then we can enter the world of gtts! ;)

oh, wait, that's pharmacy talk. :p

(gutta, plural guutae, is latin for drop lol. 20 gtt = 1 ml, so there are about 98 in a teaspoon, isn't that helpful when cooking?)
