1 lb. Fine or Xtra-fine egg noodles
¼ lb. Butter
1 qt. Milk
2 c. sugar
2 T. vanilla
1 pt. Heavy cream
12 eggs
While water boils, beat eggs, set aside. Add egg noodles to boiling water, cook according to package directions. Strain noodles, return to pot. Add butter, sugar, vanilla, milk, and cream. Add beaten eggs last. Mix and evenly divide into four 8” sq. aluminum pans or two 9x13. Bake in 350 degree oven for 35-40 mins., or until golden light brown on top. Sprinkle w/cinnamon if desired.
