My fave coffee is, yes, Organics brewed with a light sprinkle of salt and cinnamon in the grounds, unless one prefers the bitter taste. With, yes, a dash of Bliss natural creamer. For less than a buck a cup, it's wonderful

Have you tried the organic one from Aldi's? It's single origin so it's not like most that order the cheapest mix from various places. There should be more accountability and quality control with single origin. It's always fresh tasting and consistent.

My favorite is a lighter roast from Peru.

The price is the same as the low quality brands and it's whole bean, which keeps it fresh longer as you grind some each use.
