Not sure if this is a fool proof one but adding it any how/way.
Ginger bread
250g butter, 2 eggs, 5 dl brown sugar, 8 dl flour, pinch salt, 1 tsp baking powder, i tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp ginger spice, 1 peel finely grated orange , 2 dl milk, 2, 5 dl korint/sultana , 10 dried apricots finely chopped.
You may leave out things like grated orange or sultanas and apricots as this is not so common in the recipe but may make it extra juicy.
Mix ingredients.
Usually start with eggs and sugar and then add melted butter etc.
Oven pre heated 170 c
Place lower part of oven for one hour and 20 minutes and last 20 minutes you may use foil so the top coat is not burnt but instead golden and gorgeous.
Hope it is enjoyable and some what fool proof.
