Beer bread. I love it, but rarely make it because every time I do I wanna eat the entire loaf. So I'm treating myself...

Thank you!
That's smashing! I love homemade bread, and making it can be therapeutic. The smell is lovely and it taste amazing fresh out of the oven. The beer bread ^ is an easy bread to make. But I make yeast breads too, like this delicious yeast bread that I made that is filled with garlic, herbs, butter, and Parmesan....

You can't beat the smell in the house when making bread.

That looks awesome, I've just had lunch but could definitely go for a few slices of that!

This morning, I had Mexican hot cocoa for breakfast. I sometimes have this in the fall and winter. It's fantastic.

Recipe

6 cups oat milk
2 tbsp pure cocoa powder
4-6 tbs of gochujang flakes
sweeten to taste

Mix together, heat, then strain. Yum!

I was feeling a bit cold after all the work outside yesterday.
So, I ended with the quick unhealthy option that I tried making healthier.
Instant noodle soup that I enhanced with tomatoes and chanterelles (fried in butter..). Maybe then I backfired it even more by making part of the soup with heavy cream and adding a few slices of cheese after it was done. I still want to believe it was a healthy meal...

Then for the desert I made hot chocolate, yes, inspired by @daisyseesthesun, but as seen from my "healthy" option above, no suprice that I used heavy cream and dark chocolate (86%), sweetening it with vanilla sugar and spicing it with chilli flakes.

Broccoli with egg noodles and roasted cashews (might be more fried than roasted...) added smoked chili mayonnaise for sauce. Plain sparkling water for drink, because I didn't have any flavour syrup left.

@seantspence have to, at least have to try to eat healthy once in a while.. :D
The mayonnaise was the yummymaker in this dish. Well, can't go wrong with cashews either.

Btw, pumpkin pie, I don’t think I have ever even tasted pumpkin, other than courgette.
I know that pie is kind of classic dish in there, is it really that awesomely good as I have heard? Maybe I should try making it sometime..

honestly, if my mother never bought it, I would never eat it but now that it is hear, I think I might have had 4 slices the past few days. I recommend that you do make one, at least once in your life. You might actually like it. We get one or two pumpkin pies per year. One in October and one for thanksgivin.

Do you live in America? There should be pumpkin patches all over the place this time of year.
