Would this be a bad photo for a medical funding campaign? I wanted people to answer the campaign call consciously, understanding the need that drove its creation, not because of some terrible photo of suffering that affected them sub-consciously. And PTSD isn't visible on the outside - not when you're already on the path of recovery.
