I think it might have something to do with consistently switching hot/cold temps while washing and not keeping it the same temp, so it was getting hard/soft/hard/soft.

This is so strange. After I am done with mine I clear it, drain it and face it towards the sun and thank Jesus. It is just strange that I would be on a Christian sight. ... Actually I know this is him telling me he sees. THANK YOU!!!
