  (2) they might have a number of speakers per day who give the information for free. At the end they ask if you want to own a recording of the entire summit for $xx. I don't know if this MC minds separate recordings for personal use, but you can Unsubscribe after it ends. The only issues I've had are excessive emails. Sometimes a speaker has a free ebook. Then they get email lists that way, so read their policies 1st.
