In other words, to bring your thoughts into obedience to the mind of Christ. Therein is the struggle. Am I going to cling to my feelings in my trial or stand in the Word of God?

There have been many times in my life that I have struggled to accept that God loves me, especially in times of sustained trial and affliction. I know the Bible well and I understand that tribulation is guaranteed to the Christian, but I still falter in the fire. Just being honest.
