Yes! It is a super power...how did you guess? I can transform into a board in times of need. I can always avoid danger, and take bullets and still not get hurt! I can also hide easily in any situation, just turn into a board and fall to the ground. BAM!
Anyway, snow is totally coming. Opening day is November 2nd. I'm stoked!!

ok, well mission accomplished. :) I've been doing great, lots of traveling back and forth between the east coast. No, we did get some snow, but not enough in the mountains yet. I am counting down the days though, I dropped a decent bit of money on my snowboard stuff this year. Anyway i'm super bored, just FYI.

Space for rent huh? What kind of space are we talking about? Ground level, penthouse suite, underground space, maybe outer space? Are pets allowed, are parties of limits, can I practice instruments? I need more details before we can even begin bargaining girl!! :p And reasonable? Your reasonable is probably allot different than my reasonable. What kind of financing are we talking about too? Us engineer folk like to know the numbers. :)
