    Loss of salvation???

Believe in Jesus. John 6:29 Jesus answered and said to them, “This is the work of God, that you believe in Him whom He sent.”

    Loss of salvation???

The scary part is how do they think they will immerse themself in Jesus? Will they pull Him down from heaven? Thankfully the Lord is merciful and faithful even when we are not. :)

    Loss of salvation???

Don't blame me for your blindness. Please feel free to ignore ONE baptism or that regeneration is not baptism or that John's baptism was a baptism of repentance to prepare for the coming Messiah. Have a nice day. :)

    Loss of salvation???

I guess you didn't understand that being baptized in Jesus name is being baptized in the Holy Spirit. Name and power are synonymous. They are not two separate events. Once again, ONE baptism. Eph.4:5 God's word, not mine. And you need to learn the difference between regeneration (born of the...

Matthew 24:40 Is the rapture secret?

No, you are the one insisting that. You really do not listen do you. How many times have I told you it is figurative? The point is not how many are taken but how it will come about suddenly, with only those who have understanding knowing what is going on. No He didn't. He simply gave an...

    Loss of salvation???

It was your word I implied are weeds. Ephesians 4:5 one Lord, one faith, one baptism; Not two like you said. John's baptism has ended. Acts 19:3-6 3 And he said to them, “Into what then were you baptized?” So they said, “Into John’s baptism.” 4 Then Paul said, “John indeed baptized with a...

That was sort of the point. It went right over your head.

    Loss of salvation???

One baptism (water) was for Israel to prepare them for their Messiah, the other (Spirit) is for Christians under the New Covenant. We belong to the latter, one baptism Eph.4:5. Water baptism does nothing for our sin except symbolically. Only the Cross has a real and permanent effect upon our...

    Loss of salvation???

Which was to prepare Israel for their King and the Kingdom He would have established at the time if they had not rejected Him as a nation Matthew 3:7. John's baptism was a baptism of repentance Acts 13:24 Acts 19:4, it was a preparatory baptism. Christ's baptism is a baptism of power Acts 1:8...

    Loss of salvation???

This is what is confusing. If we still sin, then sin is not gone is it for we still have the capacity to sin. You keep making it sound like sin is abolished at baptism when clearly you recognise it is not. Do you believe we have a sin nature (law of sin) dwelling in our body as per Rom.7:23?

Matthew 24:40 Is the rapture secret?

Where? It says they are taken, nothing about being gathered together. Once again you prove you don't listen. The wicked are not gathered before the tribulation. They are removed at the end on the Day Christ returns to Earth. It is not saying the earth will be half and half, it is...

    Loss of salvation???

You've already said that. It is what you mean by "get rid of all sin" that eludes my understanding. How do you get rid of the law of sin (generally termed the sin nature) that resides in your body? (Rom.7:23) The sin we are born with and the sins we commit while alive are the totality of our...

    Loss of salvation???

I asked if you think we no longer struggle with sin as per my post #2553 which I repeated below. I don't see where in this post that question is answered.
