Muirnin, some of the updates to the web-server were lost when the site went down a few weeks ago, if you are running a x86 or Windows7 computer, I think it wont allow it to pop-up. I had the same problem for a few days. That problem with mine went away when I attached my laptop/speaker/cooling pad to my laptop. It has a simple software program that recognizes the chat platform. If you have something like this, try it and see if it helps. Robo is working on restoring the software back to where it was in December soon. Let me know if this helps! :) Blessings...
