I just received a notice that I have "given too many reputation points in the past 24 hours." I am not suggesting this policy be changed however it is important the reason I give points be known by those in charge of making these rules.

When I believe a post is from the Word and should be read by all, I give points authomatically. Usually if I click on like, I also give the points. It would be hypocrytical of me not to do so. In my thinking, I am being punished for approving of brethren and wanting others to take notice of them.

As for the regulation of not giving the same person points continuously, this I understand totally.

Just my thoughts. Thank you in Jesus, Yeshua................

Jaume, I'm not sure how reputation points/powers really work, but I think there are only so many that you can give out at once. For example, you have 20 rep powers, so if you give 5 people a reputation comment for each person, that is 100 points you have given out. I do know that when someone gives me a reputation comment, I earn as many points as that person has for rep powers. So, if you were to give me a reputation comment, I would gain 20 points because you have 20 rep powers. I wish the rep powers/points were a little clearer, because no one knows exactly how they work. It's confusing. :)
