2-5 C in the shade, about 15 in the sun (that is, the temp- meter that has been in the sun all day)

but if they forecast 20 that means 20 in the air/ shade....

15 is the sun is NOT warm... not near the sea with the wind :S (my brain only thinks its warm because its been winter :p)
