horses are great therapy. I did it mainly bacause of my shoulder and backpain. it really hekped, cause you have to sit straight and balance all the time. And obliviously being with animals is relaxing

seriously, you told me all your joints are loose, i meet lots of people at the pool doing rehab, one thinks their problem comes from horseriding

my joints have always been messy. :p pool therapy is nice, but they don't have it here. Might apply for it when I move away
