Many years ago, I once saw my cat catch a mouse and I saw, for a few seconds, the 'cat and mouse' game and I didn't like it. Horrible.
I picked my cat up and put him out of the room and then, as I looked for a way to catch the mouse, it got away and lived in our house for a bit...we have no mice now.
It possibly doesn't surprise you all that I like rodents, too. Mice and rats and bunnies and ferrets and whatnot. I don't like snakes. I don't like insects, except for ladybugs, caterpillars, butterflies and grasshoppers. Oh, and crickets and roly poly bugs. I once convinced my friend to humanely trap a wild mouse that was in her house that she was going to kill. She trapped it using a humane trap with peanut butter and called me to retrieve it. I picked up the trapped mouse from her house and drove it out to the wildlands and set it free. Yup. That's me.
