Haha. I just saw a movie. In it a boy was playing chess against his opponent. The chess game still had a lot of pieces on the board, and it was the move of a little boy named Joshua. It was a crucial move. He sat at the table remembering all of the things he was taught about chess, and he finally saw his victory!!
He put his hand out and offered his opponent a resignation. But his opponent was confused and a little offended, and he told him to make his move. In twelve moves Joshua won the game!!!!
Immediately I thought about Jesus Christ!!! HAHA!! Calvary was CHECKMATE!!! The thing is, there are still a lot of pieces on the board, but the Lord saw his victory long before the end of the game!! God is more wise than any opponent. He has his moves worked out far in advanced, and the cross, and what Jesus did in his sacrifice of his life was CHECKMATE before the end of the game.
AMEN!!! I thought someone might understand this and give him praise!! AMEN!! lol.
