You may have to break your budget by a little bit for this one. Here is a "good reliable" PSU for $60: Amazon.com: Corsair Builder Series CX600 600 watt 80 Plus Certified Power Supply Compatible with Intel and AMD Platforms ATX 700 CMPSU-600CXV2: Electronics

Here's a pretty good one for under $60: Thermaltake TR-600 600W Power Supply (PSU) in Desktop Power Supplies | JR.com

a good reviewed usb wireless internet adapter (i would hope 20-30$)
Here's one that will not use up a USB port nor a PCI slot. It's external and connects via ethernet port, and is sufficient for gaming: Newegg.com - TRENDnet TEW-647GA Wireless N Gaming Adapter IEEE 802.11b/g/n Ethernet Port Up to 300Mbps Wireless Data Rates 64/128-bit WEP (Hex & ASCII), WPA-PSK/WPA2-PSK (AES/TKIP), WPS

You are not going to get an exceptional card for this price. You're going to need to decide what you want to compromise here:

1. GPU capabilities and clock speed
2. Amount of RAM and/or type of RAM
3. Manufacturer

That being said, here is a Google search you can skim through: http://www.google.com/search?q=pcie+16+nvidia&hl=en&client=firefox-a&hs=vQk&rls=org.mozilla%3Aen-US%3Aofficial&biw=1280&bih=930&sa=X&ei=3UIyT7KCEejKiQK3lNmkCg&ved=0CCIQpwUoAA&tbs=cat%3A297%2Cprice%3A1%2Cppr_min%3A50%2Cppr_max%3A75&tbm=shop&tbo=#q=pcie+16+nvidia&hl=en&client=firefox-a&hs=BRk&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:eek:fficial&tbs=cat:297,price:1,ppr_min:50,ppr_max:75,pdtr0:707362|721334,pdtr1:707587|0.51200002431869507%241&tbm=shop&source=lnt&sa=X&psj=1&ei=7UIyT_GDL4zUiAKT_fWgCg&ved=0CD8QpwU&bav=on.2,or.r_gc.r_pw.r_qf.,cf.osb&fp=a215a5df4cff5a9e&biw=1280&bih=930

Personally, I recommend Gigabyte or ASUS when it comes to the manufacturer.

Also, that wireless adapter I recommended - I use the exact same one. It runs great. ;)

Have fun!
