Amen to admit is half the battle, and the oter half is where I personally gave up trying, and started trusting God to do these things in me that I had trouble with, and it has taken a while to get this straight to understand to have who in Charge me my old flesh or God my new self in the Spirit of God, being led by God's Spirit as Christ was led

Galatians 6:8 For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting.

Anyway, I saw and am learning to trust God in the Spirit and not my flesh to try to do good, for as it states in Gal. 6:8 I learned it mattered not if I wanted to quit, all it did was make me worse at sin, in trying to stop it
Romans 7 comes to mind, every time I wish to do good I find instead me doing evil,, who will save me, Jesus Christ my Savior my Lord.
It , I found takes 100% dependence on God the Father through Son, and no more of self in the way trying to be perfect for by Christ we are already made:
Colossians 1:22 in the body of his flesh through death, to present you holy and unblameable and unreproveable in his sight:

And Peter had three dreams to kill and eat food that was unclean to him, according to the ways he had been taught. Jewish regulations.

And God said to him to call nothing unclean for God has cleansed all. Then Peter ended up in a Gentile house preaching the word to which according to law he was never to have entered a Gentile home, preached by the Holy Spirit of God through him and the Gentiles got the Spirit of God without water Baptism, even though Peter who still though according to flesh as we all tend to do, still water Baptized them and in Acts chapter 11 he remembers this:
[h=3]Acts 11:16-17[/h]Authorized (King James) Version (AKJV)

[SUP]16 [/SUP]Then remembered I the word of the Lord, how that he said, John indeed baptized with water; but ye shall be baptized with the Holy Ghost. [SUP]17 [/SUP]Forasmuch then as God gave them the like gift as he did unto us, who believed on the Lord Jesus Christ; what was I, that I could withstand God?

Al, things are cleansed by God through Son, just give thanks, and God will show you how to stand in trust as Son did. Eat with thanks and listen inside for the lead

Maybe tell God Thank you first and foremost for being forgiven through Son, and then ask how to walk away from frustration and just trust in the middle of. Yet it is always good to get out frustration right away so it does not build up, and I know God understands where as man does not
For God knows ones intentions and loves to teach us to change our minds in spite of our selves
For his kindness is meant to lead us to repent, and repent is to believe God above all.
