My spelling gets worse on the net because everyone seems 2 use les werds an mre typos w/o punctuation... lol.
Society can now be divided into two classes. One writes English they way they were taught to in school. The other abbreviates everything as if everything were a text message.

Some schools are no longer teaching handwriting, as it is now seen as an unnecessary skill.

I agree.
There are also those who spell the way they see on commercials ....

In Norway, we have many words that are made up of two, while you in English normally keeps them apart, we conenct them. This makes for interseting spelling on some products:

Ananasringer = rings of pineapple

but, the label of the most common brand actually says

Anans
ringer

= Pineapple calling

:D

This would always cheer me up after reading it :D I have an entertaining imagination. Do you have bilingual beans in Norway? Somehow they exist & are sold at all grocery stores...

Well maybe its to appeal to people like us? "Shoot I find the product label generously entertaining surely we should purchase it."

:p Thats not at all how I would say it though. If I had a business I know I'd do that. But I read on a label of some ant killing spray & I was laughing so much because it says it kills: red ants, black ants, pavement ants, fire ants, pharaoh ants, little black footed ants, little white footed ants, thief ants, crazy ants, acrobatic ants, ghost ants...

Little did I know the last 5 types of ants are actually real types of ants... I would've liked to have been the guy to name their types.

"OOh man those ants are crazy!"

"What kind of ants are those?"

"I don't know but they're crazy!"

"Hey everyone come look at these crazy ants!"
