Well, who could possibly have guessed. The Death Row population is a result of poor police work.
If we cant bring the right folks to Death Row, then we should not bring anybody there at all.

I'm not saying nobody deserves the capital punishment. Some folks definitely deserve it, but, the errors are becoming too many now. I cant believe that folks deliberately are willing to put a person on Death Row because he most likely is guilty.

Yes, this is troubling, and yes, it has been happening for a long time............mistakes in such cases have been being made since such cases were first prosecuted I would imagine.

Went to the Post web story, and read other stories about this...........ONE THING was not reported on. That anyone was WRONGLY EXECUTED because of faulty lab work.............shouldn't that be part of the conversation?

That absolutely should be a part of it. On the other hand, I suspect that no faulty lab worker will step forward and give faulty lab work a bad name. It will just be some hollering in the media about how bad the lab work is, and then there will be business as usual. I seriously doubt it that it'll be any layoffs down at the Bottom anytime soon.
