And, yes - we should take every opportunity - as we feel led by the Spirit - to speak the gospel message to a lost world...

I think I understand what you mean. Do you mean that Christians should not be silent when faced with apparent sin (as if we approve of what others are doing), but we should make it known what we believe? Then we don't need to keep mentioning what we believe or our views, we just need to live in a way that it is apparent what our views and beliefs are. Generally, once a non-Christian knows that you are a Christian they will probably know what a lot of your views are already, without being told. Basically conservative.
