Everything's better with a bit of Christian in it. ;)

I'm curious and I'll definitely be seeing the movie. I even enjoyed most of the Noah movie. Maybe 'enjoyed' isn't the right word, I thought it was rather well done. Yes, it was very different to the biblical account but it really worked well as Jewish Midrash.

Nah man, technically there is nothing Christian about it right? Just Jewish. Which is all cool.

I didn't think much of the Noah character as portrayed because of his perchance for killing innocents. But then again, the whole old testament has biblical heroes being very dodgy.

I just thought the Noah movie was very negative.

There is no rock music, Revenge of the Christ scene at the end like in passion of the Christ.

A Welshman as Moses, and an Australian as Rhamses.

It actually looks like it's sticking to the biblical story. No giant rock monsters.

So where does it does it say Pharaoh was called Ramesses?

Btw the battle scene is highly inaccurate, around that time (Late Bronze) they would have used infantry and chariots, certainly not massive cavalry charges. Another anachrosnism: apparently they're using stirrups, but those were invented about 1500 years later.

Ah, I was more referencing the fact that the actor playing Moses is Christian Bale. Also, my name is Christian. I was just being cheeky.

I have yet to see a movie about Moses that actually portrays him accurately, and also portrays the time period accurately. Always been a pet peeve of mine. Passion of the Christ did its best to make sure we had a movie that stayed close to Scripture, same with the Gospel of John and Saint Peter (historical accuracy). Just once, I'd like to see Moses with a speech impediment and an actual look at Egypt in the BCs.
