Watch the movies lately? The names of 'Jesus Christ' and 'God' being downgraded to interjections and exclamations. Has the level of national conscience hit rock bottom?

That's what I mean. Norm and numb. Living without the desire to seek God. For some only when Death comes knocking. The calloused soul, deprived of the longing for God.

Then i'm not getting the point of this thread. You made it to point out the sins that non-Christians do that have been done for a long time now?

I am not focusing on any religious group. No particular belief was mentioned. It's about man and God. The path is open in front and behind. freedom of choice. Whoever picks on and degrades, what others hold solemn, is a calloused soul.

I didn't mention any religious groups, so not sure where that came in. And don't see how anything in your last post really has to do with this thread or anything to do with anything i've said. Who is picking on and degrading anything? I simply asked questions because i didn't understand. But since i can't really get a solid, straight answer then i see no reason to return to this thread.

I believe what he was referring to was those who use such language are "callous souls," and "degrades" what others hold solemn. I don't think he meant you in any way, but now, that may just be me.

That being said, those who take the Lord's Name in vain have been around for, well, for pretty much since the fall of man.

p_rehbein. You read me right. to make it simple. The subject of this topic is about people who make use of holy names for entertainment. Meaning using God's name in vain. My apologies that it appeared to you as in personal way. I write along my convictions but I must say my skill in writing is much to be desired.
