Reactions work in Firefox (in case you did not know). They can also be made to work from phones...
I got them to work from my phone the other day, but 99.99% of the time I am posting from my laptop. I recently changed browsers to DuckDuckGo, and literally thousands of attempts to track me have ceased since then. I used to get dozens of spam emails every single day, and since switching browsers, I rarely get even one. The "like" emoji will have to do.

Are there women crying to get into men's bathrooms? The emojis not working reminds me of the problem of the issue. Some individual feelings matter, and others' not so much. I will tell you how to feel righteously about this... I want private bathrooms. I'd like to be free of running into anybody on my way to dropping the kids off at the pool and feeling obliged to greet them, 'How do you doodoo." I don't care! This solution would resolve the question, "Does this remedy keep peace?" considering the community as, as it inherently is a whole at peace? If there are 99 feeling comfortable and one feels unease. Then a solution for the one is warranted, but not at the cost of total loss to the 99. That one should be provided a private bathroom.

Point #1, yes I do mean the transgender issue. For one thing, most of the stuff about protecting young women has already been debunked by experts. Most of the people saying this stuff know they're lying, they just think we're too stupid to know they're lying. It's stupid culture war nonsense meant to keep us infighting rather than focusing on the important stuff. The stories we've all heard has been called out, rightfully, for being right-wing fearmongering. I honestly can't believe there are people who still believe it. I'm not trying to be a jerk about it, but the whole argument is absolute nonsense. These people are human beings and deserve the same rights and freedoms we want for ourselves. Do unto others, and all that. Nothing is gained from doing things that only serve to make other peoples' lives worse.

Point #2, about entertainment, I refer to verses like Titus 1:15, John 1:3, and Psalm 24:1-2. People really do worry too much. Books like "the ten-cent plague" really shaped my thinking. My whole life, I've heard about how evil everything is from this community, and all it's done is make me think that Christianity has got to be one of the most miserable groups ever. So afraid that everything is going to lead to hell, everything is so evil and wrong and in some cases, even leads to demonic possession. The fact is, that nothing exists without God's allowing it, and it seems absolutely ridiculous that we get so up in arms about everything and to never enjoy what God has put here. Now, if you, personally, think that something isn't good for you, then you are well within your rights to act accordingly (seek out your own salvation, and all that), but my primary concern is this idea that we need to be the police of the world, rather than love the people in it. Besides, it's not our world anyway.

Point #3, yes, all mainstream media is corporate-owned, so yes, it absolutely is brainwashing. Totally agree. It's all owned by corporations, which are all owned by billionaires with a vested interest in maintaining the status quo, keeping us all bickering with one another so that we never notice how we're being railroaded into the ground.

Point #4, I don't care one way or the other about A.I, to be honest. There are hundreds of sci-fi movies and books warning against letting technology grow out of control, but we never listen, do we? This tends to be a theme in human history: that we never learn. And since we're on the cusp of just about everything other imaginable apocalypse, let's go ahead and toss this one in, too, and see what happens. Again, we really are just terrified of everything, aren't we? What happened to trusting God? What happened to "be not afraid?" It's mentioned something like 365 times in the Bible, and yet, all we do is get up in arms about everything. This is exactly what I'm talking about.

I've heard every possible argument about my point of view over the years. I've been called everything in the book by this community. So, you're not gonna shock me by saying I'm lost, deceived, heretical, or whatever. The fact is this is on my heart, and I really think we've caused more harm in this world than any good we might have done, and I really do feel that it's time we change our approach. Maybe pick our battles. Maybe focus more on actual outreach than rallying being political and social movements that do nothing but turn others away from God in the first place. At some point, this community is going to have to reckon with all the harm we've caused, nitpicking over everything while ignoring the more important matters.

Sorry if I sound so grumpy, but I've been getting attacked for my views for a long time, and I'm quite frankly exhausted.
well we may disagree about certain things but that doesn't warrent you being attacked I understand your exhaustion I myself have been attacked called all kinds of things and mocked and ridiculed by this community so I understand.

I am not going to try to prove you wrong or try to debunk your views eather I am curious where do you stand on religion itself Christianity may seem miserable and I wouldn't blame you for thinking so considering your history with it but if you met a person who actually showed what a christian is supposed to be would yoube willing to soften your heart a little?

You clearly have been hurt and it is absolutely sickening to think so called Christians did this

By the way, saying we are afraid of these things is a very leftist thing to say. Homophobia and transphobia were not words invented by Republicans. They were invented by liberals, attempting to demonize Christians.

Where are you on the political spectrum?
Me? I like Tolstoy and Tolkein's take on politics.

Thank you. I HAVE been hurt. Reading the replies here (and also where i posted something similar on Reddit) has been heartbreaking. I'm disappointed that I've been insulted (again), basically told that I'm spreading lies or evil (again), all because I posed (what I believe to be) valid concerns/criticisms. I didn't want to start a fight, I wanted conversation and to get some questions answered, because I'm going through it, and everyone says that all I need to do is come to God.

The world does hate Christians, and y'all (sometimes) don't get a fair shake, so I decided to come back to the community, to ignore all the stuff people say, and try to have actual conversations with the community and get information, not propaganda, straight from the horse's mouth, so to speak. Now I regret it (again).

But yes, I am willing to listen, to talk with Christians, still.

As for where I stand, spiritually speaking... I feel like I'm on some kind of spiritual journey, that I'm absolutely broken and lost. and I have reservations about Christianity, because of my personal experiences. I'm not coming at this half-cocked, and I really didn't mean to offend anyone, but if this is how you treat someone who is really looking for answers... for something that maybe they don't even understand yet, then I'm sorry to say that you guys absolutely deserve the hate. You can't blame the "world" or "the devil" or "evil" or whatever, because this was disheartening, and the devil didn't need to do anything.

Again, I only wanted to be welcomed and express my concerns/ask my questions, and, once again, I've been insulted and called ever name in the book.

If I can't come to Christians and get something other than insults, than i don't want to be here.

Think it's different anywhere else?

Every large group will have a few of those people. You have to either learn to deal with it or avoid all large groups of people.

Personally I still think it's a bit sus that you opened with accusing us of being afraid of these things. I still say it makes you sound like a liberal.

But I'm still talking to you, aren't I?

Nah, you came in hard preaching at us about how we need to accept sin.

How sickening it is that we want to uphold Biblical values in a world gone crazy.

I've had lots of gay friends and trans friends, too. Guess who turned on whom when I became Christian?

They preach tolerance while being hypocrites themselves.

Well I won't lie I have said before that the world hates us and for good reason before even with just the way we treat each other says a lot but there are some good ones out there and I hope you have not beeen completely driven away from Christianity and hopefully you will find some good friends here to communicate with. personally I think love is lacking in many so called Christians we are quick to defend out faith yes but how can we reach lost souls if that is all we do it requires a patient understanding person to reach the lost.

Yeah, because they are hypocrites.
I have found both sides to be hypocrites I mean yes the world lives in the flesh and are hypocrites but do you remember how often we would see everyone in the bible discussion forum attacking and name calling and just arguing with each other? it has become more civil luckily but it still happens.

I am not trying to defend the way he came at us but there is some truth to what he says.

There is some truth in what Satan says too. It never ends well for those who come here insisting we change how homosexuals and trans people are viewed. I am not sure what he hoped to accomplish here. Get some warm fuzzies and people agreeing with him even though he knows the Bible is dead set against what he wants us to support? Just does not seem likely to happen. The whole gay agenda has thrown a lot of crap at society and people are lapping it up to the point where OP thinks something has been debunked when it has not. Men are forcing themselves into women's change rooms exposing their penises and they do not belong there regardless of what they want to call themselves or pretend to be. And then do you know what the news people want to know??? How big it was. We are on a downhill slide into the trash bin.

I don't agree with what he proposes but I also could see he did so from a bad plaxe a place of hurt so I want to help him
. We could argue with all day but even he says he is lost and unsure so there is a right way to respond and a wrong way.

Again I am not defending how he came and what he is preaching but what I see is a damamged lost soul who has been beaten over and over and nearly given up on Christians because of it so my heart tells me to reach out and show the love of Christ only love can mend a broken heart.

They are going after the children. I wonder how many teens, very young teens have come here telling us they are addicted to porn, something none of them would have even seen twenty or thirty years ago. Disgusting trashy "literature" is made available to primary school children, and when it is brought to the attention of authorities, they cannot even stand to hear what the gay agenda insists our children should be exposed to so they can feel safe in the world while practicing their perversions. Remember the cake fiasco? They target Christians on purpose. They are in-your-face and shoving it down people's throats. The woke crowd loves it. They love crying about it.

Sorry, but this rings out so eerily and I have been there, done that.
if you have such faith in God, then... why are you all so afraid?

Why do you not trust God? Isn't that, like, the whole point of this faith?
If it was “the whole point”, the Author “of this faith” would not have responded as He did to that same question.

Satan, “If you are the Son of God, throw yourself down, for it is written, “‘He will command his angels concerning you,”

Jesus, “It is also written: ‘Do not put the Lord your God to the test.’”

Satan, “If you are the Son of God, tell these stones to become loaves of bread.”

Jesus, ““It is written, ‘Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God.’”

So, does that mean we can go ahead and do as we please with all the gray areas not written therein? Not as we see what happens when the Creator himself supplies His own,

“The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom”
“The fear of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge”
- Holy Spirit

That knowledge grows into ‘zeal for good works’ reverence and love for God.
