I couldn't le without veggies. Unfortunately, the people I live with now don't really eat many veggies.

It's minerals that the soil is lacking from over use, so the vegetables never have these depleted minerals in them either.
From what little I know about it, plants can manufacture vitamins, but they must get their minerals from the soil. The longer farmers grow the same crop on the same land, the worse the minerals are depleted.

I'm switching from white bread to wheat bread, which is not the same as whole wheat bread. I'm hoping this will give me more energy.
