I feel very blessed to be able to say I have been married for 17 years, especially in a society where divorce is so easily accepted. I pray that you all have a blessed day.

Marriage hard work isn't it, and when one comes to rest in that hard work not being viewed anymore as hard work it is at rest while working hard, hope you get it or already got it. Going on my 31 first year this year. She my wife is a rose, yet I have got me pricked by the thorns many times along the way, and thank God for her, beyond measure.

Another good morning to all. I just learned this, about the rain. It rains on all, no matter if good or bad, and bad things happen to all whether been good or not. Life is not fair is it?
Yet this rain that rains on all shows no respect of person that we all are equal, so that is fair yes?
So I can now glory in all things good or bad that have happened or might could happen. My trust relies on Father through Son Christ
Now learned to be content in all things understanding what Paul said and Peter
Count it all joy when you enter into divers temptations, sing aloud with the praise and worship band, evil just does not comprehend that.
Just like in the days of king Jehoshaphat, he won the war against those three armies how?
He sent out the praise and worship band and the three armies in confusion killed each other amazing yeah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes, it can be hard work but, well worth it. Congrats on your 30+ years. I am sure my husband would agree with you about being pricked by thorns--I can get a bit prickly at times Now, my parents are an amazing story. They will be celebrating their 50th anniversary this summer! They have been a good example for me, they have both given me great advice over the years. What is really funny is that they were the couple that most of their friends said would not make it in marriage--dad was too wild, mom was too good. They are the only couple from that group of friends that are still married. Dad said it was me and my siblings that did it for him. Holding my older sister, their first child, changed him in ways that he cannot vocalize. I have been blessed having such strong and loving parents as an example to me.
I can say that our marriage is better now than it has ever been. Since I was saved and he rededicated his life to Christ, God has been blessing us time and time again. I believe we are stronger as a couple because we put God first--something we never did before. We love going to church together, having fellowship with our brothers and sisters, reading and discussing scripture. I am still amazed by how much are lives have changed for the better. God is good, so very good!

I couldn't get to church my anointed Chariot, the Chevy Truck, needs to go into the shop. But I'm blessed never had a problem before. Praise God!

The wonderful thing about spiritual blessings is that they come strong and fast, like a mighty wave, that either blesses us, or destroys the wicked. It does not linger, but is quick. Just as the manna was delivered daily, we must go to the Lord in prayer to be refreshed daily, getting drenched with a spiritual blessing, needs to be refreshed or the waters become stagnant, we live in the fullness of His mercies are new every morning, a Fresh anointing. We are worthy and should not feel we do not deserve our Father's Love.

Last night I only got TWO ours of sleep [after a night out]
before I had to rise again and go to church... ugh...
And now it's a quarter past twelve already and I'm, still up!
