For the enemy has come to steal, kill and destroy, and this works through one's thoughts of anger, despair, and anything to produce depression to some extent or another, and get us focused on those emotions of; and guess what we get trapped and try to change our emotions (feelings) when the solution is to change thought and feelings (emotions) always change with and to what one thinks.
