To Kill a Mockingbird: When Atticus leaves the courtroom after losing the case.
I was showing this film to a freshman English class once (though I was a music teacher - long story). I was so thankful to be quietly chatting with another teacher at the doorway while this scene was going on, as I cannot watch this part of the movie without tearing up.

In "The Prince of Egypt" when Moses finds the burning bush. The whole movie is amazing, but that scene just sends chills down my spine! I love it! The voice of God and the music really do make it feel real.

Fireproof, when the wife realizes that the husband gave his savings (i believe it was his boat i cant remember now) but after a failing marriage from his own sin, he spent his savings for a boat to get her ailing mother the life easing equipment to make her end days easier.
