help me please!

When I first open the room before I log in, I can see the send box, the mic use icon and where to log in. After I log in and sign on, all I can see is the window where I can read text and the user list. I can hear people and read the text, but I can't post or speak..why? I am in good standing and have paid the registration fee. I have downloaded all updates, including updating java and downloading Adobe 10..please help! God bless y'all! :) and thanks!

see the little mimizing box in your right hand corner(above the smileys etc) I have to click on that, and then click on zoom in. Hope this helps you out. God bless
