Homosexuals like to bring up the issue of "love" and "loving" others, so let's go with that. Love does not require that you support every decision of the person you love, on the contrary, if they're making a decision you know is wrong and that could be harmful, you wouldn't let them just go with it without trying to talk them out of it. As the verses posted by others here have stated, homosexuality is viewed as a sin. No different than, let's say, a straight person sinning by looking at pornography. Both are sexual immorality, both are sin. Unless I wanted to see someone go to hell, by no means would I encourage them to continually look at porn, or engage in homosexual activity, or support any decision they make to do so.

Just because I do not support gay marriage, or homosexual behavior, does NOT mean I don't love them, on the converse, I love them enough to not support them in behavior that will separate them from God. I dare anyone to tell me I hate homosexuals, because I had a coworker who was gay, and I considered him a friend, and enjoyed the time I spent working with him. He was not a christian, and I did not support his behavior, yet we remained friends. This is proof that love does not require us to support every decision the other makes.

Other day, I put this on my FB page. I was just so discouraged by all the things happening in the U.S. and people's reaction on my friends list:

If I say I don't agree with drinking gasoline, am I saying I hate Chevy Sedans? Nope! It just means I know what the real purpose and use for gasoline is.

Exactly!! I have so many gay friends who I love to death. But they know I do not condone their lifestyle and we are STILL friends to this day.
