I drink a gallon of water per day. San Francisco tap water is terrible, so when I moved here I bought one of the huge Berkey water filters. It gets rids of the fluoride and everything. I also try to drink a kombucha every day! :)

2. Before meals
3. If I remember to, before taking a bath,
4. Before bed.
5. Whenever I am thirsty.
