Lenoralana - hey, me again. I haven't watched your suggested video, but I will do that in the near future. But I do have this story I got from listening to Catholic Radio up here in the Dayton Ohio area.. Turns out there was a sequestered priest who really went on a bender to find out how long he could focus on Christ and the things of God. Remember he was secluded in a small room, with absolutely no distractions. THe longest he made it was 90 - yes - 90 seconds - a minute and a half. That is probably the upper range of continual focus of Jesus doable by man.

I have found the only method of thought control was to when I identified something I was dwelling on was wrong, immoral, evil, the best and only thing I can do is to pray immediately for God to remove that from me. And I usually have to do it again and again till the thought leaves me.

Point is our bodies as they are now are vessels of Christ, but they are poor vessels, continually beset by our human failures and inability to focus. All we can do is the best we can do until we receive the glorified body in heaven. God Bless!

Praise God for American christian tv. Nobody has to watch the bad stuff there is some most excellent stuff like Charles Stanley. I have watched this series. Good stuff.

... remember tv is expensive. I also recommend Joseph Prince.
