I saw a post a few min ago about being gettin there way back in after bein banned just curious how does the site keep people from just creatin a new account.

My guess is that they ban the email address and the IP address...

Thing is the person who has multiple forms of access such as a phone and computer, you ban one account by IP that means they switch to another form of access with a new account and they come back with more arrogance than before...

I wouldnt think theyd band the ip adress cause if u used someeles or a public computer then more than the person they banned may get banned. An im no computer wiz but can u even ban an ip addres? An thanks for your reply.

There are different types of bans. The most common is the account ban. Which means someone can make a new account. But typically that account will get banned as well, or it will come out this person has been banned. If the problem persists they will step it up to an IP ban.
