Where in this Chat Rooms & Forums is the Forum to get any help for the tech operations Ie: I sent a personal message and my sent box says I have NO sent messages. How do I know the receiving end got the message? Other than the old coinage, "Patience donkey patience".

Did you select "Save a copy of this message in your Sent Items folder"?

No because that command should have nothing to do with sending the message. I'm asking why the message wasn't sent and how do I fix the problem.

It was probably sent but does not appear in your Sent Items folder because you didn't select the option "Save a copy of this message in your Sent Items folder".
