As for how long it will take to run out of new music to make... well we've been going thousands of years and we're still finding new stuff. In fact these days we find it faster than people can listen to it.

"I have got to fire our DJ. This Post-Retro-Nuwave-Dubstep he is spinning is SO last Friday."

I think we have enough new music to find to last until well after I'm gone. So I'm not worried too much about it.
