im not a conspiracy theorists and i love my enemies but did Obama claim to be God?

I saw a video of Obama claiming to be God. He did it subtly as if he was reading scriptures, but I don't think they were actual scriptures. Repent and be ready to meet the Lord in the air no matter how the rapture actually occurs.

The video in question comes up in a Google search. If you watch closely you can tell he is reading Biblical scriptures and the video is pieced together from more than one speech.

If you are referring to when Obama was speaking on the 911 attack reading psalms 46 be still and know that I am God I will be exalted among the nations then yes I have seen this video. Now this can be seen in two ways here, one he could have been referring to God to give comfort to America or he could have been speaking about himself.
