2 Corinthians 1:17-20...
17*When I therefore was thus minded, did I use lightness? or the things that I purpose, do I purpose according to the flesh, that with me there should be yea yea, and nay nay?
18*But as God is true, our word toward you was not yea and nay.
19*For the Son of God, Jesus Christ, who was preached among you by us, even by me and Silvanus and Timotheus, was not yea and nay, but in him was yea.
20*For all the promises of God in him are yea, and in him Amen, unto the glory of God by us.

I want to zero into verses 19 and 20. Especially the words, "in him". First of all, " in him" is referring to the person of Jesus Christ. Now the question is, what is in him? The answer is, all the promises of God is found in Jesus. That is why when you come to Jesus, and asked him for healing, Jesus have to say yes to you. Because that is one of God's promises.
Isaiah 53:5*But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.
Another reason why Jesus have to say yes, is because God had seal the deal on this, when He put the Amen at the end of His promises.

I'm not sure I know what you are trying to say.

Amen simply means "I believe it". When God promises something it is absolute and based on His integrity. It needs no other verification.
Healing refers to spiritual healing, salvation.
"In Him" refers to the fact that we are united with Christ forever. We share in all that He has and is. We are royal family, we will share in His kingship. He is our High Priest, we are a kingdom of priests, etc.
