But The Lord Establishes Their Steps
It is God who protects us from evil as He shows us
the way. But we have to rely upon Him rather than
begin to lay down our own directions. If we bake a
cake, we need to follow the recipe because if we
don't; yes we'll come up with something but not as
we planned. We need to resist charting our course
rather than adhere to those directions God lays out
for us. It is a wonder how marvellously life works
when we allow ourselves to be taken up into the
arms of God. Most times when we fail to do that, we
end up out in the wilderness without a course or plan
of action. My personal view is before embarking on
an endeavor, we sit down quietly some where and
say here I am Lord, show me the way.
