From the Bible, it is God's idea of having government. He created it and ordained it and commanded it. So why the world goes to pot over the few who dictate laws that affect our lives, are we suppose to do anything more than pray, seek to live the best we can as examples of Christ, and pray again for Godly men and women to at least run for offices that so affect each of us, our communities, our states, and our nation and run to the nearest poll to place our vote? What would one propose on how to handle the criminals since we don't like government. One is innocent until proven guilty or confesses to be guilty. Is a due day in court judged among your peers a bad government system?

Got a joke: Two men were sitting at a library table. Behind them were the law books reaching from floor to ceiling. One man says to the other as he expands his hand to indicate all the books and says "And just think, all of this just from Ten Commandments".

and yes, I know governments are necessary, only trouble is, the ones goeverning are often people from rich families, who never had to work hard to gain money for a living, and who know nothing about struggling to put brad on the table... Those are not the right people to delegate taxes, food prices, welfare ++ (in my opinion)

I know the bible tells us to bey the rulers of the world, and obviously I do, as I am not in jail ... but that don't mean i like 'em

Well, trying to obey God will automatically make one obey most governments laws :) so I guess it makes it wasier (as long as the government is not against God that is)

Bad Bad Bad Laws. Laws are no doubt made to benefit someone, just not everyone. Plenty of examples of "change makers" in history who defied the laws and real change came about. Does it take riots or Civil Wars to change our home country. Our world is being changed by involvement in any kind of war. I vote for the law to say "No War". Oops, I guess that is when the Anti-Christ appears. Oh well. We are fated.

well, I don't like wars, no matter who starts them, so I'd rather have antichrist come than a WW3 (then at least the end would be near)
adn to me government= laws and vica versa, so it makes no sense to disobey the laws and obey the government

*realizes it is easier to let him believe that*

aaah, okai then
You don't think I am capable of managing women? How on earth will I ever become head of a family if I don't... :p

Governments: You probably have heard of the new European president (he's Belgian). He made a very 'weird' quote on Belgian tv: He stated that he wants more christian values in the European constitution... . He's very catholic. Conclusion: if even a politician thinks there's not enough christianity in a constitution, it's really bad... :(
Other parties declared him 'crazy', 'nuts', 'not of this time', 'old fashioned', etc...
