Good morning.. Today's breakfast menu is:

Coffee and tea, scrambled or poached eggs, bacon, sausage and Canadian ham, toast with jam or honey, steak fries, and orange juice or apple juice. :)

Er, what are steak fries?
I know french fries, but they're made out of potatoes, not steak.
