Have you checked out spinehealth.com? They're persnickety about their rules, (I asked for a recommendation for a new TENS but couldn't get one, because that's acting like a doctor ), but if it weren't for that site I wouldn't have found out I needed a rehab doctor not a "pain management doctor" who only does shots in the back. And, if it weren't for that site, I wouldn't have learned I'm not an addict. I'm dependent. Big difference. And whew! I feel better about it, since I used to be an addict when I was young.
Lots of people with back pain who have tried every possible thing to help. Of course, most of it doesn't work, but that's because bad backs don't get better usually, unless the word "miracle" goes with it. But, since doctors have a tendency to not tell us all the choices, (and some not any of them), it's a good place to learn as much as possible.
