I think I'd start a youth camp. I hope to do that anyway, regardless of lottery windfalls :)

I'd go to Wal-Mart and get some gum first and foremost. Other than that...not sure.

I would probably open up a coffeehouse/a christian one..kinda like Mark Batterson has, ebenezers in DC.
But id have it here in florida, and maybe id take an 'early retirement' and go to seminary..for sure since money wouldnt be an issue. Oh and tithe to a local church as well.
