Broad title, I know 
1st Corinthians 13:4-13
4 Love suffer long and is kind; love does not envy; love does not parade itself, is not puffed up;
5 does not behave rudely, does not seek its ow, is not provoked, thinks no evil;
6 does not rejoice in iniquity, but rejoices in the truth;
7 bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.
8 Love never fails. But whether there are prophecies, they will fail; whether there are tongues, they will cease; whether there is knowledge, it will vanish away.
9 For we know in part and we prophesy in part.
10 But when that which is perfect has come, then that which is part will be done away.
11 When I was a child, I spoke as a child; but when I became a man, I put away childish things.
12 For now we see in a mirror, dimly, but then face to face. Now I know in part, but then I shall know just as I also am known.
13 And now abide in faith, hope, love, these three; but the greatest of these is love.

Verse 13 - "Hope will disappear in heaven, because we will already have everything we've ever hoped for. Faith will not be required, since we will see the King in His glory. But love will remain forever."
On to the meat!
1st John 3:18
18 My little children, let us not love in word or in tongue, but in deed and truth.
We know that one can simply say, "I believe in Jesus Christ," and not be saved. We've got to mean it if we plan on receiving salvation from Him.
That being said, we can simply say to someone, "I love you," but do we always mean it?
One who says, "I love my brother," and does badly to him doesn't love him.
One who says, "I love my boyfriend/girlfriend," and cheats on them doesn't love them.
One who says, "I love God," and willingly goes out and sins against Him does not love Him.
How do we gain that love for God that we yearn for?
The more we read the Word and apply it to our life, the more we will love God.
John 14:9-12
9 "As the Father loved Me, I also have loved you; abide in My love.
10 "If you keep My commandments, you will abide in My love just as I have kept My Father's commandments and abide in His love.
11 "These things I have spoken to you, that My joy may remain in you, and that your joy may be full.
12 "This is my commandment, that you love one another as I have loved you.
Loving God causes us to keep the commandments.
Do we really love God in deed in truth, or do we love Him in word and tongue?
This can be applied to more than just, God, too.
When we say to someone, "I love you," do we mean it?
I know I could work on this myself. Only one third of me is perfect so far
This has been placed on my heart to share with you all. Someone needs to hear this, but I'm not sure who. Even if that person doesn't happen upon this, I hope you all are blessed by it like I am
