As a kid, our family always had ham for Easter dinner. I don't eat ham anymore (HBP), so we are having lamb this year. We have also had a standing rib roast or another good cut of beef (like tenderloin).

As for sides, I love broccoli, so a good broccoli salad or just plain steamed with some lemon. Baked potatoes.

Dessert was ALWAYS a lamb cake (pound cake shaped like a lamb). This was mine from last year...

For Easter my parents make fish....fried red snapper or some type of salmon.

If I'm not at their place, then usually it's brunch type foods (Quiche!)
