fact: sit ups and crunchs are actually not the most effective way to get a six pack. Unless your stomach is perfectly flat. like I mean PERFECTLY flat.
fact: well you are supposed to do interval training, like very fast workout, that makes you sweat a lot, thus burning callories, and eat really healthy, once you get your stomach FLAT! than you are supposed to do abdominal workouts.
Fact: I think I'm going to go swimming twice a week and to the gym twice a week or something. I already do 5 hours of ballet, contemporary, jazz/strengthening, modern/tap on Mondays and Tuesdays then an hour and a half of ballet on Wednesdays, contemporary and street on Wednesdays and jazz/modern and tap on Fridays. So I'm getting a lot of exercise already. I've got some right muscles on my calves and legs and get some good guns at the moment

You begin in first position of the feet with the arms in bra bas, the arms go through first position and you go through fondu into a la second which is second position of the feet, pointed and your arm ends in second position. Your working leg goes to the back of the standing leg and you lead through your heel through first position then leading through your heel to the front and back into third position, repeat that twice. Draw the working leg into first position, feet back into second position pointed then begin the exercise en dehors - front to back. See i'm learning something
