Wow, i am both astonished and in disbelief with how
caught up people are in Wealth and an attempt for
Power, and Control.
I think that the people who run multimillion dollar companies
as well as major casinos:
have suitable amenities consisting of a great deal of available
rooms for housing the poor, as well as available funds that they could distribute throughout
society to help the unfortunate...yet they choose not to, which I find to be extremely audacious of them.
Meanwhile they spend more time and money working toward modifying
things of which they already own, in an attempt to be the most luxurious and looked upon, in quality and lifestyle.
...and not helping out with the problems at hand,
like what I meantioned earlier about homelessness
and starvation, and the very conditions of overall health ...
not only in this country but in all other parts of the world.
I think that there is no such thing as having "total
control" or "power" in this world...its a very pointless
effort that all nations have been trying to make.
Also,id like to mention that anyone who is currently
wealthy yet desires to be wealthier, and could not care less
about the rest of the people who are striving in an
everyday battle for survival...is just foolish, inconsiderate,
and has no worth or place in God's kingdom.
I think it would be fair to say that the rich and greedy,
should try on for comfort the poor and needy's shoe's..
to see how they would fit. In other words... the rich need
to experience what its like to be a part of the poor mans society,
which is without easy access to the things you need most,or having
delivered also those things for your convenience. I can almost
assure you that after having such a lesson learned for them,
it would allow them to understand what its like to be humble.
God has made it clear to us that the heart of man
cannot be fully content with just worldly and materialistic
things... Mans very being , longs for his creators love and approval
and seeks an answer to life's most ambitious question's, but God
will not bestow upon them neither love nor wisdom if his heart is not
set on the things of which God has called him to do.
Man seems to think that seeking and gaining pleasure and power
will make us superior, but that is absurd because...
Only God (Creator) is Superior and has the capability to control Everything and Anything he desires.
Not his (Creation) , "Us".
And not only is it foolish, but it's also a bit comical to think that just (One man) , or even (All men put together Past, Present, and Future) could try to measure up
to the Alpha and the Omega , the Beginning and the End,
the First and the Last ....Our one and only king Jesus Christ our Lord.
He has also made it clear to us in scripture here that...
ROMANS 8:38-39
38 Neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come,
39 nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to seperate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
Amen.
