Having to call a medical billing company to correct their mistake and spending alot of time just getting through their silly phone tree!
Ugh!
I feel so bad for the employees who have to answer these phones after the callers have been tormented by the silly phone tree.

when your on the bus , your comfortable, warm, it's quite, you have just wandered into a dream that you have a body like beyonce and sing like mariah carey and the bus stops because of the somethings not working properly and you have to get off the warm bus into the cold air with only a sweater on and you realize no your not beyonce or mariah carey.. no one asked for an autograph

...sorry I have gotten so serious, but the past couple of weeks have been hard and are taking a toll on me.
