When a guest acts like they're entitled to extra special treatment after they booked their room online and are only paying a very small amount, of which the hotel gets even less because it was booked through a 3rd party site... Yeah, sorry....

One thing I find annoying right now... The bigotry and superiority complex some people seem to have to say the value of someone's right to say or do something in situations that they even have no idea what they're on about. Honestly I wish we had a knock-out button for our devices and use it on people when it comes to online.

Does my brother count? Or probably when I sit something down and then for a split second I do something then look for what I put down..and I can't find it. There is an invisible black hole in my house in which everything I place down ends up in it.
